We Do Group in Reading is recruiting an Interim Finance Director to sit at the heart of the business, owning finance and driving commercial performance over 4-6 months. The role demands ACA qualification with a strong technical grounding and a track record in Commercial Finance, FP&A and business partnering.

You will partner with senior leadership, lead budgeting and forecasting, improve reporting and governance, and develop the finance team while moving quickly in a high-growth PE-backed environment.
