  • Maintain full balance sheet reconciliations
  • Work with operations to review cost lines and highlight improvement areas

  • Strengthen controls and support system and process improvements
  • Assist with commercial modelling for new sites, product lines, and initiatives
  • Support group finance with consolidated reporting
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis to help drive profitability and operational efficiency

YOUR PROFILE

  • Qualified accountant or Qualified by experience
  • Effective communicator – written & verbal
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in hospitality, multi-site or operationally led environments
  • Comfortable turning raw data into insight for non-finance teams

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • £65,000–£70,000 + package
  • 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
  • Based in Reading
  • Permanent role with clear development opportunities
