THE ROLE
- Produce monthly management accounts with clear, meaningful commentary
- Provide margin analysis, pricing insight, and trend reporting
- Lead the monthly forecast and annual budget process
- Prepare weekly and monthly rolling cashflow forecasts
- Maintain full balance sheet reconciliations
- Work with operations to review cost lines and highlight improvement areas
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations for senior leaders
- Strengthen controls and support system and process improvements
- Assist with commercial modelling for new sites, product lines, and initiatives
- Support group finance with consolidated reporting
- Lead ad-hoc analysis to help drive profitability and operational efficiency
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualified accountant or Qualified by experience
- Effective communicator – written & verbal
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in hospitality, multi-site or operationally led environments
- Comfortable turning raw data into insight for non-finance teams
SALARY & BENEFITS
- £65,000–£70,000 + package
- 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
- Based in Reading
