You’ll get properly involved in how the business is performing, where it can improve and what it does next. /p p br /p p strong What will you be doing? /strong /p ul li Owning management accounts and financial reporting /li li Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow /li li Getting underneath sales, margins and profitability /li li Working closely with teams across the business /li li Improving systems, reporting and processes /li li Managing working capital and supplier relationships /li li Supporting new ideas, opportunities and commercial decisions /li li Helping bring more of the finance function in-house /li li AR / AP / Payroll /li /ul p br /p p We need someone strong hands-on, commercial and great with people /strong .
