  • Corporate Tax & Compliance
    • Lead all aspects of corporate tax compliance across the Group.
    • Oversee corporation tax, VAT/GST, withholding taxes and other international tax obligations.
    • Manage relationships with external tax advisers and tax authorities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Oversee tax audits, enquiries and any complex tax matters.
    • Own and develop the Group's transfer pricing framework.
    • Ensure all intercompany transactions are appropriately documented and compliant.
    • Manage Country-by-Country Reporting, Master File and Local File requirements.
    • Review cross-border funding arrangements and support tax-efficient business structures.

    • Support acquisitions, integrations and corporate restructuring from a tax perspective.
    • Advise on transaction structuring, due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
    • Assess tax risks and opportunities associated with international expansion.
    • Provide tax expertise on strategic commercial projects across the Group.
  • Treasury Support (Approx. 20–30%)
    • Support Treasury activities including cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
