Are you a commercially minded FP&A professional with strong Power BI skills? We’re hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a global pharmaceutical manufacturing business operating at scale across EMEA.
This role sits at the heart of commercial finance, supporting sales divisions with financial and strategic insight. You’ll work in a complex, fast-moving environment where processes are still evolving—so it suits someone who enjoys getting into the detail, improving ways of working, and building robust outputs from large data sets.
You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful analysis that supports decision-making across pricing, performance, and long-term planning.
- Strong FP&A experience with exposure to large, complex data sets
- Advanced Power BI capability with the ability to build meaningful insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing, and at times manual environment
- Deliver sales revenue and margin analysis across EMEA regions
- Perform pricing and variance analysis to support commercial decisions
- Support quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and long-range planning cycles
- Provide insightful financial analysis with clear recommendations
- Partner with commercial teams on strategy and pricing initiatives
- Lead weekly sales performance reviews with key stakeholders
- Evaluate sales performance and calculate commission under incentive plans
- Support cost centre analysis across EMEA
- Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, accounting, and HR
- Contribute to regional projects, integrations, and ongoing improvements
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA)
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Strong Power BI experience, including data modelling and reporting
Remote working (with access to London office) ~ Permanent position ~ Broad commercial finance and FP&A responsibility
