We’re hiring a Corporate Tax Manager to join a globally recognised engineering and technology business operating at the forefront of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. This is not a role where tax sits in the background. You will work closely with finance, legal and global tax teams, supporting projects that contribute to cleaner energy, smarter infrastructure and long term environmental impact across multiple regions. The business is continuing to invest across finance and tax as part of its wider sustainability strategy, creating an environment where you can deepen your technical expertise while developing a broader, commercially focused mindset in a purpose driven setting. You will have ownership across UK corporate tax, with additional exposure across Europe and direct interaction with Group teams in the US. It is a well rounded role with genuine long term progression, aligned to a business focused on sustainable growth.

THE ROLE
- Prepare UK corporation tax computations, returns and supporting analysis
- Support quarterly instalment calculations and tax forecasting
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year end tax reporting under UK GAAP and US GAAP
- Work closely with auditors and support on tax disclosures
- Maintain strong tax governance and documentation, including SAO compliance
- Support HMRC queries and information requests
- Provide input on business queries such as expense treatment and withholding tax
- Assist with transfer pricing data and documentation
- Carry out technical research and support tax planning initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and use of tax technology
