£35,000 to £50,000 + Full Study Support + Benefits Central Surrey (near Leatherhead) | Hybrid working

We are looking for someone who has at least two years of accounting experience and is actively working towards their CIMA or ACCA qualification. This is a hands-on Trainee Accountant role where you will learn the fundamentals properly. You will support month end, reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting, while studying towards ACCA, or CIMA with full study support. You will work closely with an excellent Finance Director and a friendly, high-performing team who will invest in your development and help you build a long-term career in finance.

The role:

  • Supporting month end close and management accounts
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting invoicing, revenue analysis, and reporting
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Supporting audit preparation and statutory reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and controls
  • Supporting finance projects and process improvements

You:

  • Studying or planning to study ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Degree, AAT qualified, or relevant finance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Someone who enjoys being part of an ambitious, supportive team
