International Tax Manager - Highly competitive package - Several locations considered
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Tax Manager to join a high‑performing global tax function within a growing international business. This is a broad, commercially focused role offering exposure across Europe, LATAM and the Middle East, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver tax compliance, reporting, risk management and strategic projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead international corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
- Manage quarterly and annual tax provisioning and reporting processes.
- Provide practical tax advice to operational and corporate teams on business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Support cross‑border restructurings, acquisitions and international expansion activities.
- Oversee transfer pricing matters, including documentation, governance and intercompany arrangements.
- Partner with local finance teams and external advisers on audits and tax authority inquiries.
- Drive improvements in tax processes, controls and risk management framework.
- Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on the business.
- Contribute to a variety of high‑profile ad‑hoc tax and finance projects.
Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification.
- 5–7+ years of corporate tax experience within industry and/or a leading accountancy firm.
- Strong understanding of UK and international corporate tax.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across international environments.
- Confident communicator with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions‑focused.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Exposure to transfer pricing, VAT, M&A, treaty analysis, CFC rules or DAC6.
- Experience working within a US GAAP reporting environment.
- Familiarity with tax reporting and ERP systems.
- Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
