This role is going to move super quickly. This is an amazing opportunity for an Interim FP&A Director / Head of FP&A to join a fast-paced, PE-backed business with a turnover under ÂŁ100m. The company is gearing up for an exit in the next 12-18 months, offering a rare chance to make a significant impact during this crucial phase of growth.

- PE Experience – Understanding the dynamics of Private Equity-backed businesses and reporting requirements.
- Leading the board packs and managing banking covenants.
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Advanced Excel, PowerBI and ideally Adaptive.
- Exit Experience – Familiarity with preparing for a business exit would be highly advantageous.
The Role:
You’ll be based in London, with a global scope, covering the UK and EMEA. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be crucial in setting up a high-performing FP&A function, working with some of the business’s most exciting clients.
