With global clients already signed and a transformative rebrand underway, now is a pivotal time to join as the business enters its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

  • Brand & Content Leadership: Define and refine the brand positioning, tone and visual identity during a critical rebrand and product relaunch phase. Develop high-impact marketing assets, such as case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blogs to engage prospects and elevate brand awareness. Oversee PR, media relations, and analyst engagement to enhance market visibility.
  • Insights & Optimisation: Leverage customer and market insights in partnership with analytics and product teams to inform content, campaigns and positioning. Use performance data to constantly test, refine, and improve campaigns.
  • Team & Partner Management: Lead and mentor a growing marketing team while managing relationships with external agencies and contractors. Drive accountability and ROI across all marketing activity, reporting progress to the executive team regularly.

  • Deep knowledge of B2B demand generation and account-based marketing, particularly in complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with rebranding and product relaunching.
  • Strong commercial focus and ability to translate company strategy into tactical marketing execution.
  • Data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience building and scaling brand identity and messaging across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills – confident presenting to C-suite and influencing cross-functionally.
