The Role!
- Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead the Group Accounting function and take ownership of financial governance across the organisation.
- Leading the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Owning the Group consolidation process across multiple entities.
- Managing statutory reporting, audits, tax and regulatory compliance.
- Overseeing treasury, cashflow forecasting and working capital management.
- Strengthening financial controls and improving governance frameworks.
- Leading and developing the finance team, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Driving improvements to systems, reporting and finance processes.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the CFO and wider leadership team.
