We're partnering with a hugely successful global brand based in South London. Multi-billion-pound turnover, instantly recognisable, and operating in a fast-moving, highly commercial environment. They're looking for a Head of FP&A who wants to be at the centre of the action. Someone who enjoys influencing decisions, challenging thinking and helping shape the future direction of a business. This isn't about producing reports and sitting on the sidelines. It's about impact.
You'll own the budgeting and forecasting process, lead strategic planning, build business cases for major investments and partner closely with senior leaders across the business. You'll be expected to ask difficult questions, provide meaningful insight and help steer key decisions.
The role:
- Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning.
- Own the FP&A function and develop a high-performing team.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Build financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Deliver insightful analysis around performance, profitability and growth.
- Improve reporting, dashboards and planning processes.
- Use data to influence decision making and drive commercial outcomes.
- Support major projects and business initiatives.
- Work closely with the CFO and leadership team on strategy and performance.
You’ll be:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- With strong academics.
