We Do Group is supporting a scaling, PE backed buy and build healthcare services group with the Hire of a Head of Finance to lead accounting, reporting FP&A, systems, acquisition integration and compliance.
This role offers the opportunity to join a well backed organisation to support a structured growth journey that will double the business in size and revenue over the next 3 years.
We are looking for an experienced Controller/Senior Manager/Head of who enjoys being the key cog in the accounting and reporting machine!
This position works closely with the CFO and wider leadership team including the CEO and operational C-suite leaders.

The Role
The successful Head of Finance will lead the following:
- Ensure timely production, consolidation, review and analysis of monthly management accounts for multiple sites
- Integration of acquisitions onto group wide policies, procedures, reporting and systems, working closely with internal colleagues and management teams of acquired businesses.
- Maintenance of cash flow forecasts, banking relationships and covenant compliance/reporting
- Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process at site and group level.
- Oversee production and provision of all commercial analysis, reporting and operational KPIs provided to internal stakeholders and investors
- Drive improvements in data and reporting to ensure site level visibility of key KPIs
- Management of the Management accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable and FP&A teams
- Assist in the design and implementation of PE standard accounting policies and procedures.
- Lead on finance process and system improvement initiatives and any related implementations
- Oversee production of all statutory filings, VAT and corporation tax in collaboration with professional advisors
- Support CFO and C suite with transaction based activities, re-financing or M&A
