We’re looking for a fun, high energy, get-it-done Supply Chain Manager / Business Partner. Someone who doesn’t wait for perfect information. Someone who moves things forward.
Sector experience helps, but if we’re honest… we care more about the person. We’re working with a fast-paced, global consumer brand going through a significant transformation, growth and change. They’re rolling out a major brand evolution across multiple markets, channels and touchpoints. Packaging, in-store, customer experience, the lot. They need someone to come in and own the supply chain piece end to end.
The Role
You’ll sit at the centre of a complex transition. Old assets moving out. New assets coming in. Multiple SKUs. Multiple suppliers. Tight timelines. Real commercial pressure. Your job is to make sure everything lands. On time. Without blowing up cost or supply. You’ll be the link between suppliers, procurement, marketing and operations. Translating ambition into something that can actually be delivered.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the transition plan across products, suppliers and regions
- Coordinate supplier activity to ensure smooth changeover into new designs
- Track SKU-level movement, stock run down and new launches
- Manage risk across supply, cost and timelines
- Keep a tight handle on waste, write-offs and cost exposure
- Partner with commercial and brand teams to keep plans realistic
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, no noise, just what matters
What we’re looking for
A fun and hands on Supply Chain expert. Someone who is fun, engaging and happy working a pace in a corporate business. You’re organised, but not rigid. Commercial, but still practical. You can challenge people without creating drama. You build trust quickly and get people moving.
