We Do Group are working on an exclusive FP&A Analyst role with a private equity-backed consumer brand in the retail/FMCG space. This business is in growth mode and looking for a sharp, analytical mind to help turn numbers into narratives that guide strategic choices.

The Role

This is a high-impact, insight-driven position where your ability to analyse large data sets and tell the commercial story will directly support decision-making across the UK business.

  • Developing and delivering commercial and supply chain reporting
  • Analysing customer profitability and sales performance
  • Reviewing trade spend and ROI on marketing activity
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Managing and updating pricing structures in the ERP system
  • Business partnering with key account managers and ops leaders
  • Owning data integrity and building automation into reporting processes
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
  • Helping embed standardised reporting across newly acquired entities

Your Profile

You’ll be someone who’s naturally curious, detail-driven, and confident working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You enjoy getting into the data but also have the communication skills to share insights clearly and effectively.

  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA part-qualified – ideally mid-tier end or early finalist
  • Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
  • Strong Excel skills (super user level)
  • Experience using Power BI, Sage X3 or similar tools
  • Skilled in managing large data sets and turning them into actionable insights
  • Excellent communicator – written and verbal
  • FMCG or Retail experience is a strong plus
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and thrives in PE-backed settings
