Weβre hiring for a Commercial Accountant to join a PE-backed, rapidly growing energy business based in Leatherhead. This is a newly created role, giving you the chance to partner with operational teams, shape processes, and provide insight that drives decision making as the business scales.

THE ROLE
- Deliver detailed P&L, revenue and cost analysis across projects and contracts
- Partner with non-finance teams to influence pricing, margins, and commercial outcomes
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling
- Provide management information and board-level commentary
- Assist with process improvements and the implementation of best practice
- Ad hoc analysis to support senior leadership in key business decisions
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Early career in industry (1β2 years PQE)
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical and commercial skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
