You'll support the Board on strategic people decisions one minute and be rolling up your sleeves to deal with employee relations, recruitment, payroll or a tricky manager conversation the next. At this stage, this is a standalone role. Backed by Private Equity, the business is investing heavily in people, systems and infrastructure as they continue to grow.
Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the leadership team, you'll own the HR function and be responsible for creating an environment where people can do their best work.
