We Do Group is supporting a global market‑leading healthcare business to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their UK finance team.

The Role
The successful Finance Business Partner will be responsible for
- Full ownership of commercial and financial performance reporting for assigned business unit, including the annual sales plan.
- Delivering insightful KPI reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making.
- Taking ownership of budgeting and forecasting for assigned business unit, ensuring robust and accurate financial projections.
- Supporting annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes across the broader EMEA business.
- Business partnering with key commercial stakeholders (including BU leadership) to provide financial insight and challenge where appropriate.
- Contribute to BU level board reporting and present key information and insight when required.
- Provide broad consolidated P&L and performance analysis across the wider EMEA business, including the monthly management pack.
- Developing and enhancing reporting dashboards using Power BI and other visualisation tools.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and enhanced data visualisation or AI tools.
- Maintaining the integrity of financial and commercial data to support accurate reporting.
- Producing ad hoc commercial analysis to support strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Supporting wider finance transformation and continuous improvement projects across the UK business.
