What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
- Deliver insight that drives decision-making, not just reporting
- Identify opportunities, risks, and performance levers early
- Forecasting, Planning & Performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Challenge assumptions and keep the business honest on delivery
- Build models and commercial cases to support key initiatives
- Revenue, Margin & Profitability Focus
- Own revenue and gross margin reporting with strong controls
- Partner with operational teams to protect profitability
- Track KPIs and performance drivers across the business
- Reporting, Dashboards & Process Improvement
- Produce senior-ready insight, board-level reporting and dashboards
- Improve systems, processes and scalability as the business grows
- Support continuous improvement across finance and operations
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial finance / business partnering background
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment (PE-backed ideal)
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Advanced Excel skills, Power BI / Adaptive experience a bonus
