This is an opportunity to join a global organisation at an exciting stage of growth and help shape the next phase of its FP A function. The business operates across multiple international markets, with major operations in the UK, Americas, Australia and the Middle East. It has ambitious organic growth plans and supports customers across traditional energy, LNG, industrial facilities, infrastructure and data centres. This is not a steady-state or purely reporting-focused FP A role. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will initially focus on strengthening the foundations of global FP A. This will include improving master data, standardising management reporting and creating better alignment between FP A, global accounting, regional finance teams and Shared Services. Once those foundations are established, the role will move increasingly towards senior business partnering, long-range planning and commercial decision support.
