We’re partnering with an international consumer goods business to recruit a Revenue Growth Manager for a six-month temporary assignment .
The business is an international consumer brand with a strong retail presence and a focus on innovation. This is an opportunity to work in a commercially driven environment, using data and insight to shape decisions, unlock growth opportunities and make a measurable impact on performance.
The opportunity
You will analyse sales performance, pricing, promotions and product mix, identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth. Working closely with finance, sales and marketing, you will build practical reporting tools and provide insights that support commercial decisions.
You must be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your workload and delivering results with limited supervision.
Key responsibilities
Analyse revenue, sales volumes and margins across products, customers and channels.
Build and maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards to track commercial performance.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing, promotional effectiveness and product mix.
Evaluate promotional activity, highlighting return on investment and recommendations for future campaigns.
Translate large datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Support revenue forecasting and scenario modelling, assessing the impact of commercial decisions.
Partner with sales, marketing and finance to challenge assumptions and support growth initiatives.
Improve reporting processes, data accuracy and visibility of key performance measures.
Present findings clearly to stakeholders and track the impact of agreed actions.
Independently manage priorities and deliver analysis within agreed deadlines.
