This is a broad, hands-on role covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, credit control, expenses, banking and month-end support across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.

We're looking for someone with a few years' experience who understands the full transactional finance cycle, can join the dots between different entities and currencies, and is comfortable taking ownership without needing constant supervision.

  • Support credit control and produce regular aged debtor reporting
  • Complete multi-currency bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Prepare journals including accruals, prepayments and deferred income/costs
  • Support month-end close, audit requests and wider finance activities
  • Maintain accurate financial information within NetSuite

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant
  • Broad experience across AP, AR and reconciliations
  • NetSuite experience is essential
  • Experience within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
  • Comfortable with journals, accruals, prepayments and month-end support
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Proactive, confident and able to work independently
  • Professional services or recruitment experience would be beneficial but isn't essential

Why Join?

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a genuine finance all-rounder. You'll work across transactional finance and month-end within an international business, with plenty of variety and responsibility from day one.
