We Do Data is a specialist recruitment company whose focus is non-teaching support (IT, data, SEN etc) in the education sector.

We’re working with a training provider in Crewe who are looking for a permanent Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with learners on their 16-19 study programme.

As an LSA on the study programme, you'll support learners who may have been unable to complete mainstream education, may have special education needs and/ or behavioural needs.

You will be crucial in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment that enables all students to reach their full potential.

As a minimum you'll have a level 2 qualification in English Maths and will have prior experience working with learners, in an education setting (primary, secondary or further education).
