As part of one of the largest independent strategic communications agencies in the world — with 22 offices globally and more than 1,100 people — our UK team brings together deep sector expertise, diverse thinking and creative problem-solving to help brands lead through complexity. With roots in technology, innovation and societal change, we’ve spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity — bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations.

We thrive where disciplines intersect — when social impact meets youth engagement, technology meets science, or corporate reputation meets health — and our teams are designed deliberately with this in mind. In the UK, we carry that spirit forward every day — challenging assumptions, applying innovation and helping organisations find clarity, relevance and growth in an ever-evolving world.

You will find compelling work, global partnerships, worthwhile professional development, outstanding benefits and the opportunity to make a difference. In London, we are committed to a hybrid working model, supporting a working arrangement with at least two days in the office per week, one of which must be Thursday.

This role is for a candidate with a passion for navigating the pharmaceutical, medical device industry and health tech to deliver impactful storytelling. Key strengths for this role include content creation, media relations team coordination and project management. Previous agency or healthcare experience is desirable, but you must have prior professional experience in communications, healthcare and/or project management, and be committed to professional development in this area.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to grow and develop both their own professional skillset, and also support the growth and development of the health and health tech business within our agency. You will be reporting into a fantastic Senior Account Manager or Account Director, who will invest time and energy in your personal development and career progression, and joining a talented, collaborative and committed team.

  • Client service: Responsibility for account administration activities, including reviewing activity trackers, timelines, coverage updates and action recaps. Providing timely updates to Account Leads on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
  • Press office: Manage the seamless running of client press office activities, including demonstrating a keen understanding and network of trade and national media contacts to secure media opportunities. Leading the sell-in of media campaign/news announcements (including compiling briefing books and facilitating press meetings, with support from Account Lead). Proactive monitoring of news agenda and trending stories to identify opportunities for clients or any considerations when pitching. Pulling data from social platforms and tools – and conducting analysis. Working with colleagues in creative or digital teams to develop assets and ensure best practices.
  • Content Creation: Development of client communications content (including creation of content for owned channels or marketing activities). Demonstrate diversity in writing style and tone to adapt across material formats and platform requirements. Active involvement in new business opportunities, including prospect research (sourcing and gathering audience, industry or competitor market data), media and social audits and taking part in pitches. Coaching, managing, mentoring work placements and interns.

Prior professional experience in communications, healthcare and/or project management is required. Ideally some agency/client service experience. Strong content creation skills – blogs, press releases etc. Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare review platforms. Good organisational skills, with strong attention to detail (time management, ability to manage deadlines). Interest in the news agenda and healthcare industry. Strong customer service orientation. Collaborative - expectation to support projects and initiatives across sectors and markets.

We seek to hire the best talent in the industry. We are able to sponsor candidates under the UK’s points-based immigration system if a candidate is not eligible to work in the UK under any other visa route.
