Winsford | £54,000 per annum | 39 hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our two specialist services, Chapel House and Crook, in Winsford. Supporting up to 16 people with Acquired Brain Injuries, mental health needs and other complex needs, these services provide high-quality, person-centred care. While this role oversees two services, both are small, close-knit homes with a combined total of only 16 residents. The services are only 8 minute care journey apart, meaning there is minimal travel required and no significant additional time spent moving between locations.

You will take the lead on the day-to-day running of both services, maintaining excellent clinical standards, CQC compliance and a positive, person-centred culture. You’ll also have the support of a Deputy Manager and an experienced wider team.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop both service teams
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and compliance
- Manage staffing, budgets and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
- Ensure the people we support remain at the heart of all decisions
What we’re looking for
- Registered Nurse with at least 5 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards
- Confident, proactive and approachable leadership style
- Ability to manage budgets and resources
