About Crook
Once a community chapel, Crook has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm, six‑bed home supporting people with complex health needs and acquired brain injuries. The service includes:
- A spacious lounge and dining area

Key Responsibilities
- Safeguarding: Complete Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Mental Capacity Act training; recognise and report safeguarding concerns appropriately.
- Health and Safety: Take reasonable care of own and others’ health and safety; cooperate with the employer to ensure compliance with legislation; avoid misuse of equipment or systems; support the Service Manager in maintaining a safe environment.
- Data Protection: Respect confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and ISO 27001; use and share information only with authorised people and for authorised purposes.
- Clinical duties: Complex care, medication management, seizure handling, and specialised care such as stoma, tracheostomy and catheter care; person‑centred planning; contribute to personal growth of residents.
