- Permanent 25 hours per week
- 3 days on, 3 days off rolling rota
Working Pattern (3-Week Rotating Rota)
Our rota operates on a 3-week cycle as follows:
Week 1
- Wednesday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm (split shift)
Week 2
- Friday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Week 3
- Saturday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm (split shift)
- Sunday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm (split shift)
£13.31 per hour
Permanent 25 hour contract
3 on / 3 off rolling rota

About the role
Help people feel at home. Lead a team that changes lives.
You’ll spend part of your day supporting residents with everyday care, companionship and independence.
The other part is leading your shift, supporting colleagues, solving problems, making decisions and ensuring every resident receives outstanding person-centred care.

You'll be a great fit if you:
Have experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Supervisor
Have around two years care experience
Can confidently lead a shift
Genuinely enjoy helping others develop

Have you previously worked for We Change Lives (previously known as Warrington Community Living), 3L or Creative Care before ?
Do you have a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or something similar)? (This is sometimes called an NVQ, Diploma, or RQF Level 2.)
Do you have experience supporting individuals with any of the following: acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia, or age-related care needs?
Do you hold a full UK driving license?
Do you have the right to work in the UK without needing visa sponsorship?
Can you please enter a valid Share Code to prove your right to work in the UK (If you are a British/Irish citizen just put N/A)?
Have you worked in the UK for at least 6 months?
Were you referred to this job by someone who works at We Change Lives, Creative Care or 3L? If yes, please tell us their name.
Are you comfortable using technology such as phones, tablets or computers at work? (We use these for things like clocking in and out, checking rotas, booking time off, and updating care plans. Full training is given.)
