You'll support individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, meaningful and more independent lives. At Sandy Lane, our approach is centred around person-centred support. We take the time to understand each individual's needs, preferences and goals, tailoring our support to help them achieve positive outcomes. From celebrating small milestones to supporting someone to develop their confidence and independence, you'll play an important role in helping the people we support live the lives they choose.

What is a Sleep-In Shift?
Sleep-in care means that you stay overnight at the service so you are available to support residents if an unforeseen need arises during the night. You will have your own bed, clean bedding and a private area where you can sleep. Sleep-in shifts are designed around the expectation that you will normally be able to sleep through the night, although you may be required to wake and provide support if needed.
