You will plan and lead arts, crafts, music, games, gentle exercise, celebrations and community outings to help residents stay active, connected and engaged, including those living with dementia.
The role offers a permanent contract, 30 hours per week, with a pay of £12.71 per hour and a £250 welcome bonus.
