Service Brief: The Mews is our 25-bedroom residential home for older people and people with Dementia, situated in the heart of Penketh. The Mews provides a home for older people who need the support and safety of a shared living environment, where reliable and trustworthy personal assistance is readily available. Our service can either be used as a permanent new home or for short breaks, and are registered for people who are classed as Elderly Mentally Infirm (EMI) support designed for people who may need additional support as a result of dementia or a learning disability and other forms of additional needs.

We have designed a fun terraced house effect throughout one of our large corridors that we call "Hope Street", incorporating bedroom doors as front doors. The Mews has many creative, open spaces like this, such as our "Musical Walk-Through Time" display, as well as many cosy lounges and libraries. All of our rooms at The Mews have a wonderful view of our beautiful garden area and come complete with en-suite wet room. We encourage our residents to make their rooms into a personalised space, a haven and a place to relax.

You will work as part of a team to ensure the needs of the residents are met during the course of the shift.
