About Bee Fold Lane
A warm and welcoming nine-bed nursing home situated in a peaceful residential area of Atherton, Bee Fold Lane is a service for adults with complex health needs, including acquired brain injuries. This is a 3L service, which is part of We Change Lives.
Our welcoming space includes a bright and spacious environment, featuring a versatile dining/activity area, and a sensory room that can become a cinema. Plus, we offer nutritious home-cooked meals from our fully equipped kitchen. We provide a high level of care, with our approach being entirely built around the people we support.
A Day in the Life of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, no two days are alike – much like the diverse individuals we support. Our approach revolves around person‑centered planning, tailoring our services to suit the distinct requirements of each person we support. We are deeply committed to working towards positive outcomes for every individual, celebrating even the smallest milestones on their journey to personal growth. As a Support Worker, you\’ll be equipped with comprehensive training to provide a wide range of assistance, including personal care, behavioural support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication.
