Overview
Job Title: Night Residential Supervisor
Pay Details: £13.21 + £1 Night enhancement
Hours: 24-36 Hour per week
Location: Heathside, Penketh, Warrington UK
Heathside is a 37-bed residential home and The Mews is a 25-bed home. We support older people and people with dementia in our residential homes, offering permanent or respite stays. Both homes are adjacent and collaborate on activities, but each provides a distinct living experience. Read more about each home on our website.
Our approach is person-centred: everyone we support is different, so we create bespoke support plans and personalise daily routines.
A Day in the Life of a Residential Supervisor
In this role, you will work closely with and provide key support to the Senior Supervisor. Your days are varied, including hands-on care and supervisory duties. You will lead with a person-centred approach, ensuring each individual receives tailored care. You will be a senior figure to colleagues, offering leadership and fostering a warm, respectful environment. With effective communication and a passion for making a difference, you will help create a caring community that supports growth and independence. You will receive comprehensive training and the support of your team to provide a wide range of assistance—from personal care to being a friendly presence, while respecting individual histories and preferences.

Job Summary
To support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and ensure high standards of care are delivered. This includes contributing to colleague supervision, supporting performance, promoting dignity and respect, and ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding and compliance.
