We Change Lives is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to join Heathside & The Mews Care Homes. You will create meaningful experiences for older people, including those living with dementia, through arts, crafts, music, games and gentle activities.
Responsibilities include planning activities reflecting residents' interests and abilities and leading group and one-to-one sessions. Training is provided; prior care experience is desirable but not required.
