About the Homes: Heathside is a 37‑bed residential home; The Mews is a 25‑bed home. Both offer high‑level, person‑centred care for older people and those with dementia.
A Day in the Life of a Residential Supervisor: In this role you will work closely with the Senior Supervisor, providing hands‑on assistance and taking on supervisory duties as needed. You will support residents' personal care, companionship, and daily routines, fostering a warm and respectful environment. Your leadership will enable the team to deliver personalised care plans and maintain a safe, independent‑lived community.
Employee Benefits:
