We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to provide person-centered care at our Guernsey House and Park Drive locations. The role involves personal care, behavioural support, and helping residents gain independence, with training provided.
A permanent 42-hour contract, 3 on/3 off rolling rota, and a welcome bonus of £250 are on offer. Experience is not essential; successful candidates will join a supportive team and benefit from on-going development and wellbeing
