We are a large Care Home provider consisting of 35 Care Homes in the North and Northwest of England, celebrating 19 years of excellence in providing a happy and homely environment for our residents. We specialise in all areas of Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care. About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our team at Broadway Nursing & Residential Home in Liverpool. Naturally, it is important you share our Company Values of Family, Honesty and Respect. Whilst we are a large organisation with ambitious growth plans we still very much have a family feel. We are honest in all of our communication together with having the utmost respect for all of our colleagues.

The Home Manager will oversee the daily operations of a nursing home located in Liverpool. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff
  • Coordinating long-term care plans
  • Overseeing budgets
  • Fostering a supportive environment for both residents and employees
  • Implementing training programs

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing a Nursing Home and the day-to-day operations
  • Expertise in Elderly Care practices to ensure high-quality resident support
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for efficient resource allocation
  • Ability to lead and conduct training programs for staff development and compliance
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Relevant experience in the care sector, with an understanding of the complexities of managing elderly care facilities
  • A recognised management or healthcare-related certification is essential. NMC Pin advantageous.
