Location: The Lodge Care Centre, 52 Bridge Street, Killamarsh

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our team at The Lodge in Killamarsh. It is important you share our Company Values of Family, Honesty and Respect. About The Role

The Home Manager will oversee the daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff
  • Coordinating long-term care plans
  • Overseeing budgets
  • Fostering a supportive environment for both residents and employees
  • Implementing training programs

The manager will ensure that the facility operates in alignment with the organisational values of family, honesty, and respect.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a Nursing Home and the day-to-day operations
  • Expertise in Elderly Care practices to ensure high-quality resident support
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for efficient resource allocation
  • Ability to lead and conduct training programs for staff development and compliance
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Relevant experience in the care sector, with an understanding of the complexities of managing elderly care facilities

A recognised management or healthcare-related certification is essential. NMC Pin advantageous.
