Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team in a legal role. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to provide day‑to‑day legal support, particularly around contracts and general business matters, while building your skills and knowledge. Responsibilities

• Providing practical legal support across areas such as contracts, corporate matters, and general business regulations.
• Reviewing, drafting, and maintaining commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and third parties.
• Work closely with team members to help assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to make sure contracts and legal advice align with the company’s needs and policies.
• Stay informed about legal and industry developments relevant to the role, with support and guidance from senior colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Law graduate or early‑career legal professional (e.g. paralegal, trainee, NQ solicitor) with some experience in commercial or contract work.
• Previous exposure to the care industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage day‑to‑day tasks and support on multiple projects.
• Keen to build strong working relationships and develop confidence in dealing with colleagues and external partners.
• Practical mindset with an interest in finding workable, business‑friendly solutions.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and simply.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK if required.
