About The Role
To lead the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence initiatives across the organisation.
Combining strong project management expertise with an understanding of AI technologies, data‑driven solutions, and cross‑functional collaboration.
This role requires coordination of business stakeholders and external partners to ensure AI projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI and automation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress to executive leadership.
- Support vendor management and third‑party AI technology implementations.
- Assist with AI adoption, organisational change management, and user training.
- Document lessons learned and establish best practices for AI project delivery.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, including technology or digital transformation projects.
- 2+ years of experience managing AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI, including predictive analytics, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, and data privacy regulations.
- Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms and large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
