Job Overview
The role of a Regional Support Manager (RSM) is to support the operational management of homes throughout We Care Group, providing dedicated support for care homes with nursing, residential and dementia care. As an RSM you will be expected to provide managerial leadership to the team in the support or absence of the Home Manager. This role will be predominantly in and around the Bradford area, but travel to other homes within the portfolio may be required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Substantial experience in a Home Manager or Regional Manager position with excellent understanding of regulation and relevant legislation
- Registered Nurse qualification with strong knowledge and extensive experience in the sector, together with knowledge of dementia care practice
- A management qualification
- Experience of activating and responding to action plans and business continuity plans
- Demonstrable track record in the achievement of KPI’s and objectives
- Experience of financial management and budget reporting
Required Criteria
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence with own car
- Current NMC Registration
