We Care Bespoke is looking for compassionate, motivated, and resilient Adult Recovery Workers to support adults across the North East who are experiencing mental health challenges, substance misuse, homelessness, or other complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help people overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve greater independence while making a genuine difference in their lives.
The Role
As an Adult Recovery Worker, you will provide person-centred support in community settings, helping individuals work towards their recovery goals and improve their overall wellbeing. You'll support service users to develop life skills, access local services, maintain their health, and build positive routines that encourage long-term recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities
