We Care Bespoke are looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team to work in our Residential Homes across the North East UK, including Gateshead, Newcastle and Durham.

As an Agency Support Worker you must:

  • Be over the age of 18 to apply (essential)
  • Have the right to work in the UK (essential)
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired)
  • Have 12 months prior experience in a UK healthcare setting (essential)
  • Have experience working with Children and Young People
  • Have a level 3 in Children and young people

Experience:

  • Previous experience working with children is preferable
  • Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication is advantageous
  • A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties
  • An understanding of care plans and the ability to adapt them as needed is highly desirable
