We Care Bespoke are looking for support workers to join our team to work on behalf of our client supporting children in a secure children’s home. You will be dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people aged 10-17 in crisis. To protect and support these young individuals through their challenges, guiding them toward a brighter future. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience working with children who may have challenging behaviours and have suffered trauma. Key Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding care to young people in a secure environment, offering protection and guidance through times of crisis. * Support young people in achieving the best outcomes, focusing on areas such as education, health, independence, and building self-confidence. * Foster an environment of optimism, compassion, and respect while recognizing and addressing the individual struggles that young people face. * Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to make a lasting difference in the lives of the young people in our care.
