We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to provide person-centred care to an individual with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Cerebral Palsy. The role involves supporting daily living activities, promoting independence, and delivering safe and effective clinical care, including PEG feeding. The successful candidate will work closely with the individual, their family, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, dignified support in line with care plans and risk assessments.
