Transport Office / Warehouse

Solvit Recruitment are on the lookout for a Transport Office / Warehouse.

Permanent Position.

This is Monday to Friday 06:30 - 14:30 - 40 hours per week.

£29.515 p.a

You will be working with a well-known company, who are now looking for their next long term Transport Office / Warehouse.

You will start off your day in the warehouse and your duties will be to make sure the Vans and Trucks go out on time and deal with any issues, in the afternoon you will be in the office doing the route planning for the next day and general office duties.

Previous experience in logistics planning is essential, you will be trained on their in house systems.

Requirements.

• Oversee all route planning.
• Ensuring full compliance with alltransportregulations
• Responsible for ensuring all vehicle systems are working, are vehicle legal, roadworthy & compliant with organisational procedures & that all relevant legal, safety & operating requirements are met.
• Ensuring all vehicles are out on time.
• Promote collaboration & positive teamwork
• Complete all necessary administration duties in a timely manner
