Must Have : Experienced in outbound telesales, ideally working within a call centre, booking appointments, following up quotes and cleaning data.

- Calling a databased and speaking about car lease renewals, energy, mobile phones or pesticides.
- Recording call details on an inhouse CRM.
- Qualifying leads before they are passed to one of the business development managers.
