Overview

Solvit Recruitment are looking for an HGV Class 2 Driver.

This is a short temp to perm.

Working hours

Working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30. You will be invited in for an interview and site visit. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Solvit recruitment is currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to work with a Parcel company who value their team and have an excellent reputation, who are currently looking for their next HGV Class 2 Driver.

You will average 8 deliveries in the morning and 8 collections in the afternoon within the Leicestershire area, you will have excellent communication skills oral and written and have pride in your work.

You will have minimum 6 months HGV Class 2 Driving experience; you will have no more than 6 points and not served a ban in the last 5 years.

You will have excellent customer service skills, as you will build relationships with your customers.

  • This will be Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30
  • Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay. Monday to Friday £16:00 per hour.

Requirements

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Previous multi-driving experience.
  • Due to Insurance, you will be 25+.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication oral and written.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
  • 6 Months HGV Class 2 experience.
  • No DR, DD, TT, IN and not served any bans in the last 5 years.
