We are looking for experienced CNC setter/operators who are looking to expand their skills, learn new machines and can commit to a rotating shift within a busy and aerospace company in Wigston.
Initially you will be operating machinery, to produce high end intricate aerospace components, learning how to set multi axis CNC grinders over 1 - 2 years.
- Shift Rotation
- Days - Monday - Thursday 05:45 - 13:45 & Friday 05:45 - 10:45
- Afternoon - Monday - Thursday 13:45 - 21:45 & Friday 10:45 - 15:45
- Nights - Monday - Thursday 21:45 - 05:45 & Friday 15:45 - 20:45
- To be considered
- As long as you have a background as a CNC setter/operator on either CNC milling, turning or grinding machines, working with metal components to tight tolerances then you will receive full training on multi axis CNC grinders.
- Your initial training is on fixed days (average 2 - 4 weeks), then moved to the rotating shift.
While training you will be on £15.70 then once on rotating pattern moved up to £19.
- Able to accurately use micrometers, and be flexible enough to work the rotating shift pattern.
