We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to join our busy and passionate team. This role is about more than just customer service; it’s about connecting with people, working together as one supportive team, and helping book lovers give their well-loved books a new lease of life.

The opportunity: This is your chance to be part of something a little different. You’ll work closely with the most important part of our business — our customers — delivering outstanding service and making every interaction a positive one. You’ll support customers by:

  • Helping them navigate our website
  • Responding to emails and live chat
  • Providing friendly, helpful support over the phone

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Listening carefully to our customers and understanding what they need
  • Delivering a warm, personable experience that makes customers feel valued
  • Promoting on-site campaigns and offers to keep customers informed
  • Getting to know our customers — what they like, what they don’t, and how we can improve their experience
