We are looking for a brilliant mechanic who will work out of 2 BCA branches providing a fast and efficient service.
We want someone who can work independently and plan their workload.
We need someone with experience repairing a variety of vehicles.
Previous experience in the motor trade and with different manufacturers is essential.
We would love to hear from you if you can identify vehicle faults and diagnose issues.
We offer a competitive starting salary of £34,000.
Up to an additional £6,000 (OTE) can be earned through performance.
Additional overtime and bonuses are available for new initiatives supporting our retail partners on a rota basis.

What you will do
- Confidently carry out all aspects of vehicle maintenance in a workshop environment, working on various cars.
- Plan your weekly work schedule independently.
- Work at a BCA branch similar to RAC / AA patrols.
- Dedicate one day every two weeks to work from home, listening to engine videos from retail partners.
About you:
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Background as a car mechanic, preferably time served.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge.
- Confident in deciding whether to repair in-house or send out for outside repairs.
- Provide excellent 5-star service to all partners on-site in our hubs.
